Normal Steps

  1. Help the customer to the PC. Hand him a note with the PC Number (here 5) and start that Clock with 5g.
  2. Customer comes to cash register and says he has finished. The number is handed to you and you hold that clock (here 5) with 5h.
  3. You read the price and ring it into the cash register, watch for messages, which can inform you of additional charges.. After the payment has been completed you have to clear that clock (here 5) with 5c.

Additional charges

Add hints with the command m like: 5m3 prints<Enter>. Messages are appended, thus if this wasn't the first, enter: 5m, 3prints<Enter> for readability.

VIP Plan

Just apply the VIP plan with the v command to a active clock, like 5v.

Customer switches PC

Just swap the clock. Lets say, customer moves from PC 5 to 10 then type 5x10<Enter>.

Refund

Customer can not complete because of an Internet break down and waits for 6 minutes. Refund 6 minutes with 5-6<Enter>. This refunds 6 minutes to clock 5.

Delayed start

Customer poses a lot of questions and you start the clock 7 minutes delayed. Deduct 7 minutes by entering 5+7<Enter>. This sets the start time 7 minutes back.

Round off

You like the customer or so and round the price to 4. Type 5p4<Enter> to set price of clock 5 to 4.00

Interruption

Customer interrupts working on the PC. Hold that clock, when he resumes work, type 5r to resume clock 5. The pause will be shown.

Prepaid Cards

  1. Type 0n<Enter> or 0s<Enter> (s= secondary plan) to create a new Card ID.
  2. Note the Card ID on a Card
  3. To start a clock with a Card ID enter: 5nID<Enter> (replace ID with the actual Card ID). This starts clock 5 and displays remaining assets and Card ID. If you just created the Card ID, you might shorten the command to 5n<Enter>.

Customer comes in with a prepaid card, just repeat Prepaid Cards step 3.
